Not a single Yale CS graduate is capable of filling this job. We must bring in another foreigner to do it.

Everyone involved in the asylum system knows and understands the claims are all fake: the aliens who make them, the free NGO lawyers who file them, the judges who hear them, the federal officers who process them. Everyone. Everyone knows the real reason these migrants come. Even a small amount of US welfare is 10x what they would earn in their home countries. If they have a “birthright” child it’s enough welfare to support their entire family back home for a lifetime. Entire foreign economies are sustained by US welfare remittances. It’s industrial-scale remittance farming.
Bill Melugin@BillMelugin_

Classic “asylum seeker” here. In such danger and peril that she’s going to wait until Trump leaves office to try to get into the US. 95%+ of the migrants we interviewed at the border from 2021-2024 openly admitted on camera they wanted work/a better life. That’s not asylum.

Participation in the OPT program has more than doubled since 2007, rising to 418,781 foreign students and recent grads in CY2024. OPT workers are not subject to labor market tests, or prevailing wage standards, and are exempt from federal payroll taxes. They will often transition to H-1B. This is how you k*ll the value of a college degree for young Americans.

Another hidden truth we don't know about: Targeted loan repayment and recruitment incentives flow far more easily to foreign trained doctors. National Health Service Corps and state programs offer up to fifty thousand dollars or more in tax free repayment for service in shortage areas. Hospitals recruit IMGs aggressively because Conrad 30 J 1 waivers and provisional licenses make them plug and play hires with built in three year commitments. Employers often cover legal fees and add signing bonuses tied directly to these placements. US graduates carry average debt over two hundred twenty thousand dollars with no automatic visa sponsorship or fast tracked incentives. The same systems that cite shortages route the financial perks toward compliant imported pipelines instead of expanding domestic slots. They make it as difficult and expensive as they can for Americans while funding the replacement with our tax dollars. It is engineered preference for foreigners over Americans dressed as necessity. THIS IS FRAUD! An entire industry has formed around selling the O-1A "extraordinary ability" visa as a backdoor. The top 30 H-1B visa sponsors in the U.S. laid off 85,000 workers and hired 34,000 visa workers in the same period. Not before. Not after. At the same time. 60% of all H-1B positions are certified at below-median wages. A Harvard economist found H-1B workers earn 16% less than comparable Americans, saving employers nearly $100,000 per worker over a six-year visa term. Oracle approved 2,690 H-1B workers in 2025, then cut 30,000 via a 6 AM email in March 2026. Amazon approved over 10,000 H-1B workers while cutting tens of thousands. Google laid off 951 Americans and hired 1,058 H-1B workers the same year. Now that the H-1B is getting harder to exploit with a new $100,000 fee and a weighted lottery, the playbook is shifting. The O-1A was designed for Nobel Prize winners and world-class researchers. It requires "sustained national or international acclaim." Instead, it has become a product. No annual cap. No lottery. 15-day premium processing. 94% approval rate. Companies like Jinee Green Card are running ads that say, direct quote: "If you're an Indian immigrant facing visa uncertainty, click here." They claim an 87% first-attempt approval rate and sell something called a "Three-Pillar Visa Acquisition" system. An extraordinary ability visa being sold like a SaaS product. This is labor arbitrage. This is fraud.
The Dallas Express News@DallasExpress

INDIAN PROFESSIONALS TURNING TO O-1A VISA AS H-1B WORKAROUND Consultancies are aggressively marketing the O-1A “extraordinary ability” visa to Indians facing H-1B lottery uncertainty and new wage rules. The O-1A has no cap and no lottery, but requires proof of sustained national or international acclaim. Full Story: dallasexpress.com/business-marke…

Houston Methodist must be nervous. They've added a new section on the front of their website bragging about how much they're giving back to the community. This propaganda fails to mention their CEO Dr. Marc Boom earned $7.25MM in 2024, they sponsor 4 professional sports teams, and run ads night and day on TV and radio. I hope our next comptroller @DonHuffines carefully examines how much in community benefits they're actually providing.

When our daughter was born in Yokosuka, Japan during our Navy days, YES, we did indeed have to provide documents to the U.S. Consulate in Japan to prove/determine citizenship before a Report of Birth Abroad was issued. Our daughter has never in any way been considered to be Japanese. Other nations ought to have to do this as well when their citizens give birth in America.

This is the kind of software engineering job does not require any kind of high end, super talent to perform. Any experienced software engineer or data scientist is qualified. There are 10s of thousands of unemployed American IT workers with the experience to do this job. Why do we have H-1B tech workers at all given all the layoffs in tech over the past couple of years? Hundreds of thousands of Americans have been laid off but the onslaught of foreign tech workers continue to flood in and get jobs that are set aside for them. What the hell is going on?

$1.1 million stolen from American taxpayers meant for feeding children. One year in prison. You or I would get a decade behind bars for stealing a fraction of that. My End Welfare for Non-Citizens Act stops this from happening. Call your senator and tell them to support my bill → (202) 224-3121

Congress has passed numerous laws criminalizing, prohibiting, forbidding and barring the entry of unauthorized and inadmissible foreigners. To say that this same class of excluded foreigners — whose very presence here is a crime — when Congress mandated a physical wall to keep them out — have a legal right to birth American Citizens is the gravest and most preposterous of all constitutional abominations.

BREAKING: The Chicago Bulls are waiving Jaden Ivey after he spoke out against the NBA for promoting 'Pride Month' and unrighteousness, according to ESPN. Ivey recently announced that he was alive in Christ. "They proclaim Pride Month in the NBA. They show it to the world. They say, 'Come join us for Pride Month to celebrate unrighteousness.'" "They proclaim it on the billboards, they proclaim it in the streets, unrighteousness." He said nothing wrong.

Days after last year’s Palisades and Eaton wildfires, several heroic Los Angeles residents tackled and zip-tied a man starting fires with a blowtorch in their neighborhood. Los Angeles Police Department arrested 34-year-old Sierra-Leyva for a felony probation violation, but somehow determined that even though he was starting fires with a blowtorch, it wasn’t quite enough for an arson charge. I hope you’re sitting down because it turns out Sierra-Leyva is an illegal immigrant with a lengthy criminal history and is suspected of starting other fires. I hope you are still sitting down, because a Van Nuys jail ignored an ICE detainer and released him. Fortunately, ICE was there and immediately re-arrested the arsonist.

Thomas Massie is sounding the alarm. Congress is about to pass a liability shield for Bayer — a foreign corporation — that would strip Americans of the right to sue when glyphosate gives them cancer. Massie: “This is not to grant farmers immunity. This is to grant corporations immunity. If you contract non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma from this chemical — you won’t be able to sue.” Bayer has already paid billions settling cancer lawsuits. This bill ends future lawsuits permanently. RFK Jr. built his brand on MAHA. Trump is urging Republicans to pass it anyway.
