Can someone from @311Toronto @TOAnimalService @BradMBradford do something about the dog living at 59 Osborne Ave? It barks incessantly, day and night, has for years. I've called 311 multiple times, nothing improves. The owners neglect it and I worry about its health.

@TPSTrafficDC Police wouldn't need Ride Check if they actually enforced traffic laws daily. The complete abdication of enforcing traffic laws are why drivers feel empowered to do whatever they want. Enforcement doesn't exist, and the penalties are not severe enough to discourage. You fail us.
