@TLRailUK Is there any plans for when it will be possible to add railcards to a KeyGo account, or apply gold card discounts if you have a season ticket? This is the one thing stopping me from using KeyGo currently... Would be great to have this! :)

@mealpal Just went to fully deactivate my account on the mobile app, went to click "more details" and accidentally misclick "re-activate plan" and I got charged immediately for another 12 meals without any confirmation whatsoever!!! That's ridiculous, I want a refund.

@TLRailUK Chaos at Flitwick this morning... 07:43 to Gatwick Airport scheduled on platform 3 showed as platform 1 on boards and there was a train sitting there. Station staff said this was the 07:43 but it was not. 07:43 then came on platform 3 and caused rush across the bridge..

@TLRailUK Claimed for one of the many delays last week and the compensation amount is significantly less than usual for the same amount of delay, could someone please contact me to clarify why this amount has changed?
