@nonuple9 Depends. 1)Is it available without issues?2) Is the translation done in house or by hacks that hate japan? If 1 is true but not 2, i'll prob buy a copy but play on a fanmade one for better translation. If both are, full official it is. If none are, then f them and piracy.

The other option is to go back to seling game fully finished, as it was a couple of decades ago. I would have KILLED to access mhf legally, AND keep it updated. Destiny 2 can burn.

これらの措置は保存（保全）のためのものではなく、むしろ消費者の権利に関わるものであり、私は全面的に賛同しております。ゲームにオフラインモードを実装することは、難しくも高コストでもございませんし、オンラインサービス終了後であっても消費者が一定の価値を保持できるのであれば、私は強く支持いたします。

@atomicgbread @Cacophanus Well, the issue for a mmo isn't technical,it's the design. Two counterpoint tho, Ragnarok and ff14 Ro is a kinda old mmorpg that you can fully host on your own. Ff14 is a mmorpg, where thank to the thrust system, you don't have to interact outside of endgame content

@Cacophanus This seems implausible to me, depending on the architecture of the game. Dark Souls without online features is trivial (and, in fact, is already supported), but an MMORPG without server infrastructure is dead in the water.

@Ceryphim 根拠となる法律が何になるかは不明だけど不正競争防止法とかいくらでも指摘はできそう。 そもそもスクエニはリバースエンジニアリングもクライアントに対する改変も規約で禁止してるから法的な問題とかは関係なくスクエニがダメって言ったらこのリポジトリが消える可能性自体はあると思うけどね。

私は日本で視聴できないUSAの作品の中で観たいと思ったものはAmazon.comで購入するし、ヨーロッパの作品もヨーロッパのAmazon（UK.IT.Fr）で購入しているよ。１０年前からそうしている。選択肢は昔からある。何故その選択肢を使わないのでしょう？

@azukiglg Its not the west advocating for piracy as much as upset they cant support or have the creation. They dont want piracy, they want to buy. The only option is piracy. Theyre also fine with fan creation, its the companies that are not which is why they lash out at your companies too

Selling it would be bad tho

ニーア #リィンカネ の件でよく言われているが。 Stop Killing Games（Stop Destroying Videogames）という、ゲームのオンライン終了後もオフラインサービスを提供し続けるべきだという法が議論されているが、全くもって下らない話だ。 もしそんな下らない法が出来たら、次に企業はオンラインゲームごとに会社を分散させ、サービス終了と同時に倒産させることを模索する。 その道が潰されたとしたら、EU市場がどれだけ巨大で「売り上げ」があろうと「利益」が見込めない市場に価値は無い。 下らないワガママをゴチャゴチャと吐かす奴らに、新しいゲームは与えられない。 それだけの事だ。 権利を主張するのは結構だが 「EU企業が作ったゲームなのに、EU圏の人間はプレイ出来ない」 なんて笑い話にならなければ良いな？ HAHAHA！

#リィンカネ NieR Re[in]carnation 海賊版の話。 海外の文化的土人が何と言おうと、ニーアリィンカネのゲームに含まれる全てはスクエニおよび開発元の著作物。 サービス終了後も著作権は消滅しないし、放棄されたわけでもパブリックドメインになったわけでもない。 これが日本で発売されようと、著作権はベルヌ条約等の国際条約によって保護されている。 彼ら海外のクズ共の言い分は主に 「求めているのに再販しないスクエニが悪い」 「自分たちは文化を保護しているだけ」 というバカの一つ覚え定番の言い訳をしているが、何の法的根拠も伴っていないし 「欲しい」という感情に対して小学生並みの後付け理由を付けているに過ぎない。 これが許されるなら世の全ての絶版物に著作権は存在しない事になる。 最後になるが、こんな法的に確定アウトでほぼ間違いなくスクエニから訴えられる様なモノを サーバ代金その他もろもろの支出をしながらタダで配布する事は、配布者にとってデメリットしか無い。 つまり 「マルウェア等、個人情報を回収してデメリットをメリットに転ずるためのものが仕込まれている」 可能性が極めて高い。 そうでなくとも海賊版はダウンロードするだけで違法。 これが読めている賢明な日本人は間違っても手を出さないように気を付けて欲しい。 #ニーア #拡散希望
