@NESN @WBMasonCo I was thinking that a good remedy would be to get some better hitters, like a third baseman/DH who is a proven home run hitter, or a veteran third baseman who’s proven himself in the postseason and a terrific leader in the dugout. Oh wait, we had them and let them go for nothing.

Runners on 2nd and 3rd with no outs… and you can’t even push one run across. Durbin, who is here to play good defense and not strikeout, immediately Ks. Wong then does the exact same thing. And then I have to watch IKF shit down his leg on a pitch in the dirt. Unreal.

The Red Sox have played 24 games this season. In 11 of those games, they’ve scored 2 or less runs. It’s happened in 6 of the last 8 games. 5 of 6. 28th in OPS. 26th in Runs. 30th in HR. I got nothing at this point.

BREAKING: The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued an injunction blocking enforcement of California’s new law that requires ICE agents to unmask and wear visible ID, arguing it violates the Supremacy Clause because it “attempts to directly regulate the United States in its performance of governmental functions.” California is enjoined from enforcing the law, pending appeal.
