@comcast @Xfinity @XfinitySupport When trying to get my business, your agents confirmed the pricing, but when I received the bill, the pricing was different! Is this how business is done? Tried calling multiple times, after being placed on hold for 40 minutes, the call dropped.

I would like this to be escalated to corporate as Xfinity support hasn’t been able to respond and today again failed to call be back once they confirmed their supervisor will get back to me within 20 minutes.
