🚨 BREAKING: SEVEN House Republicans just voted to grant AMNESTY to 350,000 Haitian migrants, blocking deportation The resolution has passed 220-207 TRAITORS. A Haitian under TPS just recently slaughtered a woman in Florida. And our "Republicans" want this EXTENDED for years. Unbelievable. What's the point of having a trifecta if our representatives BETRAY us like this?!

Prediction: this story will go the way of the New Jersey drone wave moral panic of last year. Each one of these disappearances will ultimately have a prosaic explanation as their families and law enforcement investigate “missing persons”. Not a conspiracy.

I am going to lose my ability to stand, maybe by morning West Coast time, Thu, April 16. Kaiser Permanente has denied any appropriate care since October 7, 2025, and I have spent every day since living off my savings and desperately fighting Kaiser to mitigate the fluoroquinolone antibiotic debilitation their negligent doctor caused me. My foot has no feeling & the other is mostly numb. I need IV magnesium and it’s too late. Kaiser has engaged in the most horrific malpractice in denying me what I’m owed bylaw and have demanded since October 7, 2025: a practitioner with expertise and scope of practice in Fluoroquinolone injury and the chemical pathology of the way it presents to diagnose and treat me. They have left me without a diagnosis since that time, violating the law and medical ethics. I have begged and begged and begged for inappropriate practitioner with expertise to diagnose and treat me and they have had Dr after Dr who knows nothing about this treat me as if I have something else. Treat me in ways that would be appropriate for some other condition but not mine. I know the science deeply in this area and I begged and begged to be referred to an appropriate expert who could treat me appropriately who would not be leaving me here with a foot muscle that is dying and will require me to stand with a brace or prosthesis. Instead Kaiser provided paternalistic practitioners who, with no input or protest from me where I can tell them the science, deny on my petitions for care filed in the form of grievances. They all are sentencing me to the execution of my physical function through their arrogance in pronouncing the care I beg for illegitimate based on their knowledge of other conditions or general medicine and not the condition I have. This is monstrous. There is someone I know who just reached out and I think is willing to pay for a specialist for me. It may be too late for that but money has always been the only problem here and I am not a person who has wanted to do a GoFundMe. It’s not my way. But if she wants to pay for specialist for me I would accept that. If I can rather immediately get a diagnosis from someone expert in fluoroquinolone injury, I might be able to save my feet or some part of me. This will be some practitioner who is not some arrogant Kaiser doctor who believes themselves qualified to deny me care that the science they have not read warrants. These arrogant aggressively and wantonly cavalier doctors have no idea of the harm you can do to somebody by not diagnosing and treating according to the underlying condition. Monstrously, Kaiser doctors and administrators, I learned last week, are ignorant about the meaning of “scope of practice” as a requirement for providing someone care or providing even an opinion in an official capacity about their care about their care. Scope of practice means knowledge and expertise in the science and treatment of a particular condition. There is not a single KP doctor of the many who denied me care (in the multiple grievances I filed in desperation to get care and to save myself from that harm done to me by the initial negligence of a Kaiser cornea surgeon who prescribed a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that the FDA says not to prescribe unless a patient will basically die without it. Because, from October 7, 2025 to today, April 16, 2026, Kaiser has never given me an appropriate specialist or a diagnosis, it has left me (thankfully a medical expert) adrift to fight as if at a medical salad bar for care across the multisystem areas of my debilitation—writing my own MRIs and having my hero of a gynecologist put them in for me—and then have Kaiser administrators block him from giving me the IV magnesium that would’ve saved my foot and halted or diminished progressing disability in my legs and elsewhere. I sent this to the Assoc Director of Kaiser West LA hospital, former head of Gynecology. @KPMemberService File this as an urgent emergency grievance.

🚨 NOW: MAGA is in mass uproar that Florida "Republican" Rep. Maria E. Salazar just voted IN FAVOR of PROTECTING hundreds of thousands of Haitian migrants from deportation... ...the SAME "REPUBLICAN" who is pushing amnesty for millions under the DIGNDAD Act Our Republicans need to START ACTING REPUBLICAN and put Americans first. This is NOT what the people voted for in the last election! 🇺🇸

Removing TPS status for Haitians living in the United States would cost 350,000 workers their ability to work at a time when we’re already facing serious workforce shortages. I’ve heard from healthcare providers and business leaders across Nebraska, including @OmahaChamber, who are concerned about the impact this would have on patient care and our economy. I don’t see the goodness of deporting people who are here legally, working, and contributing to our country.
