Just got ex parte notice for the fourth day in a row from a defaulted tenant who hasn't shown up for the past three days in a row. Each day, my client missed work, drove an hour, and paid attorney fees. Tenant has been in possession a year and never paid rent. He won't be helping poor mothers with sad stories anymore, and he may just sell the place. It's housing providers like him that the system is driving out of business.
