I recently paid online and verified my O & A level certificates with @UNEB_UG. Why doesn't UNEB use this same online payment method for registration fees? Schools are cheating parents by overcharging them registration fees. Parents can pay online and present receipts to schools.

Systems consider alot of things. You, a parent in Kampala can do it. Think about a parent in Nakapiripirit. I am talking about dustricts with one school in the whole parish or subcounty. No computer, No smart phone. Social and economic inequalities are real and shouldnt be ignored.

BREAKING: Google is planning to release 32 million mosquitoes across Florida and California.
The company has asked the EPA for permission to proceed, with the public given until June 5 to respond.
The mosquitoes are infected with Wolbachia bacteria, which stops them from reproducing and slowly collapses the wild population from within.
Google's previous Debug Project trial in California's Central Valley nearly eliminated mosquitoes from three test sites entirely. A separate trial in Singapore cut dengue cases by 70% within 12 months.
Google has now released over 1 billion mosquitoes across four continents. This new proposal is the largest deployment in US history.

@NickStillHere This is a parental issue. Most parents choose to ignore early bad behaviour & then choose discipline when the behaviour has taken root. You have to put kids in order the very first time you notice it otherwise they’ll keep pushing the line to test how much they can get away with.

In short: India is economically retarded.
And this really isn't news. When it comes to people count they should've overtaken China long ago, but their culture forbids it. That is also why many intelligent and hard working Indians go abroad.
In my industry this is incredibly visible in everyday work life. Indians outside India are often some of the friendliest and best people to work with. Indian teams in India though often feel like a den of hens with their heads chopped off. It's truly incredibly what a broken cultural environment can do to a civilization.
