@SBICard_Connect @PhonePeSupport @PhonePe With SBI select black card, as per the product brochure we get 10% as cashback for postpaid recharge as well, but i got only 1% and upon reaching out to sbi cards support and their statements are conflicting.

There are two separate service requests running in parallel with the @SBICard_Connect team, but with this kind of answer, i feel this needs to be escalated in the right place.

At first they try to convince me that my spends limit has been breached so I got 1% but when asked to give the transaction details they start saying that I got cashback wrongly for my previous transaction and the MCC code is different, but as per the offering it is covered.
