@GershKuntzman The bikers are at least as bad. Every biker I saw today going on the north or south bound bike lanes in the City went through red lights without even slowing. Motorized or other. Imagine if cars did that. Every single car. You promote danger.

And before everyone starts freaking out—remember, this is about the end of CRIMINAL tix against cyclists. Cops can still—and will still—write traffic tix to bike riders. A red light ticket will cost bike riders the same $190 as a car driver, despite the big difference in threat.

Going 26 mph in a school zone with a 15 mph speed limit is, in fact, speeding.

16mph isn't speeding. It's a general tax on drivers, intended specifically to extract as much money as possible while frustrating ordinary people out of their cars entirely. @sam_d_1995 I live near a school. The sign already there is specific for school hours. And police monitor. 24-hour camera surveillance/ticketing is not for the children, it is for cash. If it was just at times and days when school is in session, then it would be for the children.
