@Budget#weknowtheroad Car rear window randomly shattered. We called and were passed around for 90 mins. Eventually told to wait. No one came from 0730 until 1700! No one told us what to do. We took the car to a budget hire place and he point blank refused to help us at all….

Called @SkyUK today about my mobile. Sat on hold patiently for 10 or so mins. Spoke to a lovely woman who passed me to the wrong department. A lovely guy there passed me on to the right department who rather than answer my call just cut me off! They took my number - no call back!
