Living off $8,000/mo in America is probably borderline poverty level and that’s scary because there are many people out there living below that income threshold.

Yes a poor sleep score can bias your performance as can a great one (discussed in detail w/@AliaCrum @Stanford expert on science of belief & mindsets on the HLP (link below) but there are obvious limits on this. Tracked or no, you definitely want your ration of quality sleep.

@bryan_johnson The oral-systemic link is real—but the leap to causation is still doing heavy lifting here. Periodontal disease likely reflects systemic inflammation more than being the driver.

Your gums may be a back door to Alzheimer's. > gingipain antigens (toxic bacterial enzymes) found in 91–96% of postmortem Alzheimer's brains > bacterial DNA detected in the spinal fluid of 7 out of 10 living Alzheimer's patients > in mice: oral infection increased brain tau tangles by roughly 500% and amyloid plaques by 140% > in 3,251 humans: 22% higher Alzheimer's risk per SD increase in gum pathogen antibodies (up to 26 year follow up) > clinical data: a protease inhibitor slowed cognitive decline by 57% in patients with active infection Your dentist may be your most underrated Alzheimer's doctor.

@60Minutes This isn’t a loss, it’s a shift. Lifetime careers were the exception, not the rule historically. We’re just back to a skills-based economy—faster and less forgiving.

@whiskyhenderson @davidasinclair Not a dumb question at all — most adults don’t know. Clinically, we usually assume prior exposure and proceed with shingles vaccination without testing.

Done. Herpes virus neutralized 🦠 Not taking any chances with my longevity, now that shingles is associated with faster aging (though not yet a known cause). If you’re 50+, consider it. The shot will likely be money- & pain-free I even got a $5 voucher for being a brave boy💪

@davidasinclair Practically speaking, assume prior exposure in adults. Shingrix without testing is already the default in many cases.

Ask your doctor for a Chicken Pox VZV test. If you're positive, the shingles vaccine is the next step. If you've never been exposed, you can get a chickenpox vaccine, which is safe for adults, too

@Jason Providing liquidity is standard — using one company as a personal financing engine is not. There’s a difference between structured secondaries and systemic dependency.

I’ve invested in 700 private companies Providing liquidity and loans to high performing founders is completely standard. In fact, investors encourage loans and secondary sales for founders to enable them to go for the Gold — which is exactly what SpaceX has done. The @NYTimesPR is presenting this as a controversy, when in fact it’s the private company playbook in 2026. Another hit job from the NYT

@davidasinclair Good move. Just to clarify—this is reactivation of VZV, not a new herpes infection. And the evidence linking shingles to ‘accelerated aging’ is associative, not causal. Still, preventing post-herpetic neuralgia alone makes it worth it.

@APompliano As a doctor, calling it ‘dependency’ is a bit loaded. We don’t say that about statins or antihypertensives. If GLP-1s reduce CV risk and mortality, lifelong use is just chronic disease management.

GLP-1s have taken the world by storm. They started as simple weight loss drugs, but they are now evolving into lifetime prescriptions. It is estimated demand will at least double over the next 5 years. This chronic dependency will drastically expand the types of companies who benefit from the trend. Everyone knows about Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly, but there are other companies in drug development, manufacturing, and packaging verticals. READ THE REPORT: procapinsights.com/app/articles/s…

There's a reason your doctor never mentioned Berberine. It can't be patented, so there's no profit in it. For 3,500 years, this natural compound has been torching fat and optimizing hormones. They buried it. I'm bringing it back. Here's the truth: 1… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

By the way, this will never stop. This is the literal same rhetoric that is said on live streams, podcast, and an online post every single day. To act surprised that a person may be radicalized by it is disingenuous. Well, maybe it is surprising that it’s only been 3 so far…
