@DropboxSupport Gone wrong - surely there is a way to recover account that has somehow been deleted less than 12hrs ago. You can’t expect people to trust your software with their documents if you can cause an error to delete an account and not have a way to recover it. Please contact me. 2/2

56 minutes into a 10 minute hold time with @NAB. Maybe @UBank or @AthenaHomeLoans would be more responsive. Their rates are certainly better.

@auspost Yes, I have always used safe drop, but it’s not my choice - it’s the senders choice. This is the point - the sender is choosing, not the person ordering. I should be able to choose to have my parcels left at my house so I don’t have to go to the post office at this time.

@Topp_Chick Hi there-- This is already an option and isn't one of the changes made. The safe drop option is there, as it always has been, on suitable products and where it's not possible due to the senders choice, we have the MyPost authorisation ~Luke

@auspost you are putting customers and your own staff at risk by making people come and collect their parcels. People’s health should be in their own control, and they should be able to choose if they want their package left at their door, rather than the company sending it.
