@roli5353 @bswheatingltd Not the only person disappointed I have been waiting in since 8am yesterday morning with no hot water or heating and promised it would actioned with in 24 hours we are now 30 hours and still no one can give me an answer if anyone is coming @bswheatingltd you should be ashamed

Bloody @bswheatingltd made an appointment two weeks ago ago to do a gas check today between 8-1pm (ha). Just called to check he was coming and casually told it’s been cancelled. If I hadn’t phoned I’d be sitting here like a fool waiting.

@bswheatingltd your engineer told her it was electrical. Electrician came and tested and there is nothing wrong with the electrics. The boiler is broke! 6 days with no heating or hot water.

why do housing associations/councils hire @bswheatingltd for their heating, when their average review rating is so low? my entire estate (~200 homes) hasn't had heating for the past 2 days, and this is the 4th/5th time this has happen this winter, and this is the case every year.

@orbitgroup been waiting 31 hours for a 24 hour call-out gas man after being left with no hot water on Thursday by the engineer! Now apparently @bswheatingltd don’t know anything about it 😤 Unacceptable when I have a 2 year old
