@bswheatingltd - customer service is very poor. Nobody picking up the phone. Leave message to phone back, does not take place. I was stuck in the queue at number 6. Fishy tactic going on. Tel: 020 8763 5300 Yvonne is very harsh with her approach. @NHGhousing @itvnews

Not one person from @LewishamCouncil @lewishamhomes or any @FHLabour have replied and left this lady like this for another day! @bswheatingltd absolutely useless and have no manager until a week day. This lady’s 1st language is not English and they have left her confused

@lewishamhomes @LewishamCouncil @sophieannedavis @FHLabour An elderly tenant has no hot water/heating since Monday, BSW came out on Thursday & told her it was electrical. It wasn’t! They have just told her to call back in the week! She has medical conditions!

Bloody @bswheatingltd made an appointment two weeks ago ago to do a gas check today between 8-1pm (ha). Just called to check he was coming and casually told it’s been cancelled. If I hadn’t phoned I’d be sitting here like a fool waiting.

@bswheatingltd your engineer told her it was electrical. Electrician came and tested and there is nothing wrong with the electrics. The boiler is broke! 6 days with no heating or hot water.

why do housing associations/councils hire @bswheatingltd for their heating, when their average review rating is so low? my entire estate (~200 homes) hasn't had heating for the past 2 days, and this is the 4th/5th time this has happen this winter, and this is the case every year.

@bswheatingltd Please address the customer complaints regarding the lack of hot water and heating in the residents' homes. Despite prior reports, your staff members have not resolved the issues for the past two weeks. With the cold weather, these problems must be resolved ASAP.
