@Pengogyro @Cheeks401K @inkblotPrincess this is the main part to me honestly, i dont mind slowly clearing out every area but you could massacre most areas in the game and get like 4 throwing knives and a smithing stones worth of runes for 7 hours of killing random enemies

When I was in the MN Guard we took a gas grill and burgers/dogs to the rifle range to raise money for the unit morale fund. We sometimes added bacon as an upsell. I had 2 Muslim soldiers who asked me to make sure their burgers weren’t grilled by the bacon. I happily complied.

i went on a date with a guy who told me he's "very traditional" and believes "men should lead." he showed up 25 mins late in white sneakers that were not white anymore. ordered a sparkling water. talked about how he "doesn't really believe in therapy." and when the $8 parking meter notification went off on his phone he looked at me and said "do you mind splitting that?" traditional WHERE. i drove home thinking the problem with modern dating apps is that anybody can get access to them.

You know I never quite put my finger on what it was about newer Minecraft versions that feel so off compared to what made me love the game but this comparison perfectly illustrates it. Don't get me wrong, the new biomes are awesome, but it comes with a loss of the fantastical nature of classic Minecraft with the insane world generation. Even with taller mountains and deeper caves it just doesn't feel like the same game anymore. Fans of the game now view this as just nostalgia or hating on the game for no reason but the reality isn't that we dislike the game just that it isn't the same game anymore that a large part of the playerbase bought the game for.
