One of the biggest destroyers of our economy and jobs is Eskom! In 2016, electricity cost R1.08 per unit. This year, you will pay around R5 a unit with your municipality! Eskom is deepening poverty, hunger and unemployment while their fat cars smile.

Tribunal Orders Anele Mdoda’s Husband to Repay Over R14 Million in PPE Contracts The Special Tribunal has ordered Bonelela “Buzza” Mgudlwa, husband of Anele Mdoda, and his business partner Katleho Mokonyane, daughter of ANC First Deputy SG Nomvula Mokonyane, to repay more than R14 million linked to irregular COVID-19 PPE contracts. In a judgment delivered on 25 March 2026, Judge David Makhoba ruled that two contracts awarded to their company, Tark Group Pty Ltd, by the Mpumalanga Department of Health were unlawful, constitutionally invalid, and void from the outset. The tribunal found that procurement processes were bypassed and that the company failed to meet key compliance requirements. The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) revealed that the department paid over R14.3 million for medical jumpsuits and surgical masks, despite the supplier lacking proper accreditation at the time and failing to disclose potential conflicts of interest. In a significant move, the tribunal pierced the corporate veil, holding both Mgudlwa and Mokonyane personally liable after finding they acted fraudulently and dishonestly in securing and executing the contracts. They have been ordered to repay the full amount, forfeit any profits, and cover the SIU’s legal costs. The case forms part of the SIU’s broader efforts to recover public funds lost through irregular procurement during the COVID-19 pandemic. No criminal charges have been announced in relation to this matter.

Why are people being allowed to pay back stolen money like they took a loan? Why are they not going to jail for stealing money while people were dying?

@ZANewsFlash He was being held up a beacon of hope for young leadership and progressive thinking in Africa. And now - it seems like just another islamic inspired dictatorship . Once tasting power and seeing all the money the people are very quickly forgotten.

I'm going to keep posting this Alstair Begg clip "The Man on the Middle Cross" (less than four minutes in length) every Holy Week, because its message is true in 2026, it will be true in 2036 and it will be true in 3036. "If i take my eyes off the cross, I can then give only lip service to its efficacy while at the same time living as if my salvation depends upon me. And as soon as you go there it will lead you either to abject despair or a horrible kind of arrogance. And it is only the cross of Christ that deals both with the dreadful depths of despair and the pretentious arrogance of the pride of man that says you know, I can figure this out."

Today, two-thirds of Israel’s electricity is reportedly out. Today, the IRGC launched its highest number of missiles at the Zionists—more than 100. Two out of the six units of the Orot Rabin thermal power plant have been completely destroyed. This power station is located on Israel’s Mediterranean coast in Hadera and is owned and operated by the Israel Electric Corporation (IEC). As of 2022, it is Israel’s largest power station, with six thermal generation units and a total capacity of 2.59 GW, primarily using coal as fuel. Iran is now using heavy missiles. Success will be Iran’s.

He's not a woman, and he's not a hero. He's a man and he's a cheat. He knows damn well he's a man and that's why he can run faster than nearly every woman alive despite not being competitive with the best of his own sex. He's not being tossed aside bc he is a minority, he's being tossed aside bc he is male. It's not some insidious form of discrimination against people of colour or people from the global south: rather, undiscovered DSDs typically only occur in very poor areas of poor countries - hence the global south. His DSD occurs exclusively in men. He's been through male puberty, with all its benefits in sports. He posted this photo of himself, aged 15, in his book. There is no way the person in the pic thinks he's a girl. Shame on Time for giving him space.

Iran’s current naval blockade of the Hormuz Strait could be ended by the U.S. or a joint Western-led naval expedition force. The risk of suffering military casualties from conventional Iranian weapons certainly exists but the operation would ultimately be successful and the strait would be reopened. However, what would happen if Iran gained nuclear weapons and would be able to seize and maintain control of the Strait of Hormuz through nuclear threats in the future? The world economy would face immediate and catastrophic disruption. The narrow waterway carries roughly 20 million barrels of oil per day, or about 20% of global petroleum liquids consumption and 25-27% of seaborne oil trade. Another 20% of liquefied natural gas trade passes through the strait, primarily from Qatar to Asia. Even if Iran’s coastal missile batteries, mines and fast-attack craft can already turn the strait into a potential “kill box,”  nuclear deterrence would neutralize the conventional U.S. or allied naval response that can overcome such Iranian weapons. Tehran could halt tanker traffic indefinitely, demanding sanctions relief, recognition of its nuclear arsenal or even policy shifts favoring its proxies across the region. Energy prices could surge to $150–200 per barrel, triggering inflation spikes, supply-chain collapse and recession across the world. The result would be a nuclear-backed energy monopoly that fractures Western unity and tilts global power decisively toward Tehran and its allies in Moscow and Beijing while the strait’s closure would not merely raise prices but also it would weaponize the world’s oil lifeline to advance revolutionary Islam from the Gulf to the streets of Europe and North America. It's paramount that we reopen the Gulf and keep it open forever.

@Absolute_Kganki @TMFoundation_ when a policy of steal kill and destroy then that policy will eventually consume the party that pursues such. The country will survive the ANC won't. The greed is devouring each other. The Party is nothing like that of Albert Luthuli's time or the founders back in 2012

“The ANC is too big to fail, and I’m not talking about losing an election, that can happen and it’s fine. I’m talking about the ANC itself collapsing, if that happens then the country will become ungovernable. If the ANC collapses due its internal crisis, then it’ll transfer all its problems to the general population; then the country will be in crisis.” - President Thabo Mbeki on @eNCA
