Almost 10,000 likes for straight-up lies by Annunziata Rees-Mogg, quote: "Asylum seekers make up 0.08% of Dorset's population and 44% of alleged sex offences. So unbelievable I had to check. It's true." It's not true, it's utter garbage. I'll go through facts and figures. /1

I’ve been here since 2007, 19 years. I’m about to give up on X. For the third time in <12 months my account is under immense algorithmic suppression. No reach. no nothing. I get punished for being a good person on the platform. In the past my account has been “miss labeled by grok” or “i did not do anything wrong, they did”. Stuff that’s been completely out of my control. This time feels just the same. Nothing breaks past the great algorithmus. I’m a premium+ user. I provide value and have posted tens of thousands of useful posts on here. Yet my account is pushed into “limbo” where posts get throttled down. Super low view count, and no clear pathway to get out of it. For the last 2 weeks, nothing gets close to reaching you, my followers. I’ve seen this before and I know the pattern far too well. It’s a place where many people basically throws in the towel. There is something seriously wrong with how the reach suppression works on here. I post daily, 3-6 times, it’s part of my routine, have been doing so for years. You build momentum, you provide value, and the cycle repeats, until, something breaks out of your network (OON reach) then the algorithm slams you with the biggest breaks ever, throwing your account into reverse. If @xai and @nikitabier is listening they should really think hard about why stuff like this happens to users that really want the best for this platform. At the very least, surface insights inside of creator tools area that shows if and when something has gone wrong or happened to your account that can inform us about wrong doings or simply surfaces issues. That way people like me that spends an unhealthy amount of time on here can better understand why I’m getting punished. I’m extra under the weather this time. It just zucks to be fair.

Average British diet is like - Breakfast - Bacon, eggs, white toast. Lunch - White sandwich, cheese, ham, mayo, maybe tuna or BLT. Dinner - Supermarket ready meal or sausage & mash, cottage pie, fish & chips, anything with chips. Vegetables are reserved for special occasions. More men cook than women, since the eradication of Finishing School & Home Economics in the 70s & 80s.

The US Gov is selling 30 year bonds at 5%. Lifehack - Take 50M cash and buy bonds, thats 2.5M a year for zero work. Thats 208k a month. Enough to cover basic expenses like security team and cigars. Then you just need another 500k a month to have a good life. You're welcome.

Bank of England, Money Creation in the Modern Economy, 2014: "Whenever a bank makes a loan, it simultaneously creates a matching deposit in the borrower's bank account, thereby creating new money." Also BoE: "The reality of how money is created today differs from the description found in some economics textbooks: rather than banks receiving deposits when households save and then lending them out, bank lending creates deposits." UK M4 went from £980bn in 2000 to £3.2 trillion today. That money was created by banks lending. The mechanism is on record. I am citing the central bank. I know it stings to have your pants pulled down by primary sources. The charlatan is the one telling you the BoE is wrong about its own balance sheet.

You signed a £300,000 mortgage. The bank had nothing. They typed £300,000 into your account. The whole transaction took them 5 minutes. Over the next 25 years you pay them back £550,000. That £550,000 is your wages. Your overtime. Your weekends. Your sleep. For them it is pure profit. They created the money from thin air. They have no cost to recover. 5 minutes of their typing. 25 years of your life. That is the trade. The government allows it. The Bank of England protects it. The banks feed themselves and their paymasters. You were not given a mortgage. You were enslaved by one. You do not own the house. You do not own your wages. You do not own your future. You rent your life from people who created nothing. This is why they fear Bitcoin. Bitcoin cannot be typed into existence. Bitcoin cannot be debased by their paymasters. Bitcoin cannot be lent ten times over. The day you understand Bitcoin is the day you stop renting your life. That is why they hate it. And that is why you need it.

@mcdandyandy @Ireland2020 @kelly_79769 @Glinner No, same-sex relations are not legal in Egypt in practice, as authorities actively prosecute them under vague “morality” and “debauchery” laws with penalties of up to several years in prison.

@BenViveur I'm astounded that someone would spend 55k on a new Kia when they could have a perfect, 911 a few years old for that price. The Porsche would work out cheaper to own when you factor in depreciation.

BREAKING: Blockbuster report reveals that Trump’s ultra-devoted young aide and rumored paramour is the secret fuel behind his unhinged late-night Truth Social antics! Donald Trump is widely perceived to be spiraling out of control on Truth Social late at night, but he isn't doing it alone. He’s being indulged by a much younger female aide more than willing to stay by his side all night leading to long-standing rumors of an affair. According to a new Wall Street Journal report, executive assistant Natalie Harp is the driving force behind many of Trump’s most unhinged and offensive late-night Truth Social rampages. The 34-year-old former One America News host brings the 79-year-old president stacks of printed posts (often conspiracy theories, racist content, and AI slop), gets his approval, then logs into his account and blasts them out while he should be sleeping. Harp has unprecedented access to Trump. Senators reportedly text her directly when they can’t reach the president. But her extreme devotion has sparked years of affair rumors inside MAGA circles. Reports reveal she once went so far as living in the ladies’ locker room at his Bedminster golf club for more than a month just to stay close to him after she was shut out from normal accommodations. Harp has reportedly written gushing letters to Trump saying things like “You are all that matters to me” and that she only wants to bring him “joy.” Gossip aside, Harp is the enabler who encouraged Trump to push out the racist video depicting the Obamas as apes and the bizarre AI image of Trump as Jesus Christ, both later deleted after backlash. While Trump’s inner circle is reportedly fed up with the chaos she helps create, Harp answers to no one except Trump himself. She bypasses the chief of staff and communications team, feeding the president’s worst impulses at all hours of the night. Since taking office, Trump has posted a staggering 8,800 times, with frequent all-night posting binges that suggest he’s barely sleeping. So here we have an ill-rested, elderly president obsessively rage-posting into the early morning hours, allegedly enabled and coddled by a young, clearly smitten aide who is frequently in his private quarters at all hours, a privilege afforded no other staff member. The entire spectacle is embarrassing, dysfunctional, and completely unfit and inappropriate for the White House. And its results speak for themselves. If you agree, please like and share.

@thealexbear What's the business case for creating a ridiculously limited run? Three times 15 is 45 million. It seems kind of small for all of the work it takes to design and ship a car. Is it like a marketing thing?

3m for a car from a brand with no significant motorsport heritage, no super luxury positioning, a massive image problem. If I saw it I would assume it was some samey £300k thing. Surely you'd get a Singer, Koenigsegg, Pagani or Bugatti?
