Day 42 of 100 - Gym Arc It was chest + bicep. Its gym log of 6 July Monday. Cause yesterday I was stuck in office because whole area is submerged in water. I have to stay in one of my colleague house. Again from there I am in office. I hope rain stops so i can go home and not come to office untill everything cool down. Also, I am gonna try some new format in my videos in my next.

Eggs + guava for breakfast. 200g chicken, rice & curd for lunch. 30g oats + whey pre-workout. 200g chicken, rice & veggies for dinner. Pretty much every day. Might miss it once or twice a week. And about the dream physique... I don't think you ever truly achieve it because you're always chasing a better version. 😭
