Whether Pratt comes in just barely in 2nd or just barely in 3rd, the real thing to remember from all this is that no matter no bad things get, voters in deep blue places will keep voting for more of the same, for bigger and more expensive and more intrusive government. They deserve everything that happens to them. That idea that anyone would vote to re-elect Karen Bass or to elect an overt socialist is a clear representation of voters caring about something, anything, other than actual outcomes. It's not only Los Angeles, by the way. Democrats are crushing Colorado and Republicans are going to get even more wiped out this year than they already have been. This state won't be recognizable, politically, in a few years. I mean, it barely is now. They're turning Colorado into Washington and Denver into Seattle. Horrific.
