I’ve found by receiving compliments you are certainly more inclined to return the favour.
Not just to the person you have just received from, but to others you have contact with.
The network of compliments grows and grows and so does staff welfare & happiness.

Our new report on a topic that's proved stubborn despite 3 decades of improvement strategy in health & care. It's about demonstrating & defining the value arising from quality or continuous improvement (CI) activity, particularly economic value. In the report, we summarise the perspectives/experiences of 150 senior NHS leaders who took part in our roundtable meetings & raise a ‘call to action’. If we want to mainstream CI, we need to develop improvement metrics that are more fully aligned with operational & financial measures: t.co/jiCbywFTzP #Quality2024. This is a collaborative project between @HorizonsNHS & @WarwickBSchool.
