BREAKING: Amazon called the NYPD on ALU Reform Caucus organizers. They were handing out fliers in front of JFK8, ahead of our leadership elections and the @Teamsters affiliation vote. The NYPD wrongfully arrested Connor Spence and Sultana Hossain. 🧵
Today, ALU DRC members and other JFK8 associates met with Senior Management and HR to address the heat crisis in the building. We brought to their attention the heat-related sickness workers are experiencing and demanded time be excused if workers feel it is unsafe to work. 🧵
