@IM_Crit_ There is NO maximum dose to norepinephrine…I have saved a life (from deadly sustained release verapamil overdose) with 3 mcg/kg/min (yes 3 not 0.3; requiring pharmacist continuously preparing quadruple concentrated norepinephrine for hours…)
