@GreggWStone Some people have clopidogrel resistance. Until they are on DAPT, something is working. What happens after that? To my knowledge, Asians have 10% resistance. I'm not sure about western people. Do we rather use Prasugrel (once daily dosing, but what about bleeding/cost) @DLBHATTMD

Yes, the data was always there - glad this meta-analysis was done to demonstrate it! Start implementing this practice today, especially when DAPT is discontinued post-PCI or ACS.
