@ProjectVirginia Their entire argument has been "Orange Man Bad" which they're finding out, again, only works on their own voters and nobody else.

@SCOTUSblog How do you write this & not mention 8 U.S.C. 1254 b 5 A & B? That strips judicial review of TPS & gives DHS the ability to create procedures for review. These Imperial District Court Judges should lose 9-0 (but won't) & lawsplainers should tell us this but you aren't.

Since President Trump revealed contacts with the Islamic Republic, we’re seeing something very telling inside Iran: chaos at the top. Regime officials are either turning on each other, pointing fingers, accusing one another of negotiating with the United States or in their own media and social platforms, they’re warning against character assassination of figures like Ghalibaf or Rouhani, because suspicion is spreading inside the regime itself. Some are even calling for arrests or worse. Others are publicly shaming officials, accusing them of secret talks. This is the atmosphere on the Islamic Republic’s side of social media. Total panic.

@ChadPergram No, it accomplished showing just how radical Ol' Putzhead and the party caucus he leads is. There is no more "common sense" then saying that men shouldn't be allowed to play in women's sports but the Democrats can't get behind that kind of "common sense."

Schumer: Yesterday, instead of considering legislation to tackle inflation or end the war in Iran, MAGA Republicans wasted Senate floor time on a radical cultural culture war amendment that went nowhere. It failed, and it accomplished nothing. A total waste of time with nothing to show for it. And yesterday, Republicans once again blocked the Senate's ability to finally start paying our TSA workers. These workers have gone now for weeks without pay. They work around the clock. They keep our airports running, and Republicans had the chance to pay them once again. And they refused.

@ByPatForde How do the officials justify "checking the clock" when Florida is inbounding with no timeouts left? The officials just gave them a free timeout. Inexcusable.

Wonder how many people will be sorry that he won't be in the Senate after his term ends. Tillis rips Trump’s NATO criticism: US lives would ‘be lost great numbers without’ alliance thehill.com/homenews/senat…

During every government shutdown in recent years, the press has been flooded with stories about how it was harming government workers and regular Americans. Even considering outlets are prioritizing war coverage, it's notable how little of that we are seeing right now.

@shipwreckedcrew Count me among those who don't really see much of a difference. At the end of the day, celebrating somebody's death in any manner is a classless act and should not be excused.

Mueller was destructive and vindictive. He ruined people for a living. He was a terrible person and responsible for one of the worst manipulations of US intelligence in history - and he did it with full knowledge that he was lying.

The most disastrous strategic decision you can possibly make in politics is to try to please everyone. You can’t. That’s what makes politics, politics. If there’s something everyone agreed about and there was no dissension, it wouldn’t be political. A politician who is afraid to upset someone is a politician who is trying to depoliticize politics itself. And such people are useless cowards.

Cole Hutson is hearing it from Jack Hughes. Hutson threw him down to the ice. Hughes cross-checked him and was shouting at him all the way. Hutson just kind of kept going about his business
