@ChewyPixels I initially worked with Mint at Goodbye Kansas. Houdini works great along with other apps. It has been roughly a week, and so far, so good. There are just a couple of apps that don't have a Linux option, like Affinity, but you can use Wine to run Windows apps. Games I use Steam.

The first steps on my journey moving to Linux.

@Cyrus3v Yeah I just need to do some research to see which distro to go with. Been hearing good things about Mint. Dual system is definitely the way to go

Still very early to get in and join the fun. It's the perfect learning opportunity to get in Houdini. There's even a free 2-month Indie license available.
