Today marks 1,201 days of #FINRAfraud against more than 65k household investors and their families who have been held financially hostage by @FINRA @SECGov @OTCMarkets @The_DTCC MMs HFs and BDs just because we LEGALLY bought shares of $MMTLP. We did our due diligence and made a sound investment while assuming that the very regulators who were SUPPOSED to protect us would enforce the rules and regulations that are in place to prevent fraud and corruption. INSTEAD, these same regulators (@SECGov & @FINRA) colluded to STEAL our money! The #MMTLPArmy has done all of the work that the SEC and Congress is SUPPOSED to do and we have PROOF of the corruption and collusion that have allowed @SECPaulSAtkins, @HesterPeirce, and the other SEC Commissioners to hide behind a BS investigation into our INNOCENT executives while ignoring our pleas for transparency and justice. It's WAY past time for @RepJamesComer, @RepLisaMcClain, @RepAnnWagner, @repfrenchhill, or @Jim_Jordan to #ScheduleAnMMTLPHearing and #SubpoenaGaryGensler so you can find out #WhatIsTheShareCount and then #ReconcileTheShares! We have endured the loss of innocent lives, bankruptcies, divorces, estrangments, unnecessary stress and most importantly TIME that we should have been enjoying with our friends and loved ones. We are a community that includes hundreds of veterans, and people who cross ALL political philosophies, all races, all religions all generations and all walks of life. All of these differences, and yet we are UNITED by the knowledge of the fraud and corruption that run rampant in the US Markets. This post is insinuating I'm a bad guy who is against investors, against an $MMTLP resolution, is 'foolish', and doesn't do 'real work'. It's beyond insulting. I'm a fucking torch OG, you aren't even a shareholder. I'm defending myself & spilling the truth. If the truth pushes people away from me- fine. I have spent more time than almost anyone collecting data. I spent so much time doing DD there was a struggle for others to keep up. I'm annoying to do DD with. I go all the way down every rabbit hole. But because of that, I have evidence of European identifiers for MMTLP in hedgefund holdings over the summer of 2021. I have found defense contractors holding MMTLP. I found UTP. I found UPC a year ago and shared it with the DD crew but most people missed it due to the amount of info that gets shared. I have studied the rules and regulations in Canada, USA, Germany, UK, & Ireland. I've learned MPIDs, routing data, identifiers, global exchange, and countless differences/exemptions between countries. I tried to teach YOU these things - but you struggled and failed to learn most of it. You still used it in your posts though! Then told me I don't get credit for my work because 'this is bigger than me'. And on top of all that - I posted valid DD about Basile withdrawing from cases to warn the community about him - which YOU DELETED to protect him from scrutiny. Scrutiny that SHOULD have happened. --- Behind the scenes you are abusive, manipulative, and cruel. The community already knows you have anger issues from your public actions - but they don't know how bad it is behind the scenes. I have received the largest amount of abuse from you. I even asked people in the community to help me mediate your abuse behind the scenes. I've been asked not to post our conversations, but you need to understand I have all of our data exported and saved. I can pull out receipts like a magician pulling a rabbit out of their hat. You are not the innocent bystander you claim to be. --- Let's just cover the fact that your entire bio is a lie. You have never been in venture capital. You have never been an angel investor. You have no money. You barely traded equities because you kept losing money, then blamed the stock market for your bad calls. When I pointed out the words in your bio aren't true, you said that you were 'manifesting them'. AKA - lying to the community to give you the appearance of authority. I had a whole paragraph here about who you really are, but I was told it's too harsh of a reality. That's how embarrassing your life is. --- Now, Let's cover all these people in the community that you keep calling criminals. Stop it. You have been one of the biggest sources of division in the community by telling people who not to trust. You are not honest about who you are, yet you claim that other people are the deceptive ones. He has been completely truthful about who he is. Everyone needs to drop the word nefarious from our lexicon. 100 brought it to us and it was toxic to the community from the moment he said it. There are dumb people, there are emotional people, but as of now I'm struggling to see anyone who is genuinely plotting against us. There are shills, but we all know them and ignore them. Busy, Junk, Andrew - they're all fighting for a resolution. The difference between them is solely what personality or resolution you prefer over another. They're all fighting for us. Let them. And 100, kick rocks, you absolute tool. You deleting/censoring the Basile data was wrong. Me calling it out is not 'nefarious', it's justified. If you say anything about me that's even remotely derogatory/rude/offensive again, I'm willing to release what I deem necessary to defend myself, my reputation, and share the truth.
