@Sofia50020Sofia No Boom-Boxes in 1966.
No Armoral products in 1966.
WTF is the man doing with an open-end wrench in one hand and a ratchet in the other that is somehow attached to a ratchet in the boy's hand.
It's 1966 and that car looks like its been driving for 40 years.

@saniyafatma1278 Deactivated? Is that the worst punishment? You shouldd at least be responsible for the cost of the food!

picked up a DoorDash order that had a zero dollar tip and took it anyway because I felt like proving a point. If you’re bold enough to order food and tip nothing, then you get whatever energy comes with that. That’s just how I see it. So I grabbed the bag, drove it over, already annoyed before I even got there.Then I pulled up and saw the house. Massive. Lights everywhere. Big driveway. Clearly not struggling. And that’s when it really set in for me. You live in a place like that and can’t throw a few dollars to the person bringing your food? It felt personal at that point. So yeah, I snapped. I ripped the food out of the bag and dumped it right there on the road. Fries everywhere, nuggets rolling, drink tipped over. Then I marked it delivered and left.I didn’t even feel bad. I felt justified. Like maybe next time they’ll think twice before stiffing someone who’s using their own gas and time. But apparently they complained, sent pictures, and DoorDash “launched an investigation” like I committed some huge crime instead of making a statement.Now I’m deactivated and they’re acting like I’m the villain. I genuinely don’t understand how people who refuse to tip are allowed to use the app in the first place. If you can’t tip, you shouldn’t be ordering. But somehow I’m the one out of a job..

@Hania16836 So you intentionally broke the law, but only for a little while. Apparently i am unaware of the leniency for up to 5 minutes. I’m betting you also use the HOV lane when convenient?

To the person who called in my car at the disabled parking spot at Target… I honestly just want to understand why.
I was inside the store for under five minutes. Ran in, grabbed what I needed, and came right back out. By the time I got outside, there was already a tow truck lifting my car.
How does something escalate that fast?
I wasn’t parked there long, I wasn’t leaving it there while I shopped—I was literally just in and out for a quick stop.
But somehow that small window of time was enough for someone to report it and for it to turn into a tow.
Now I’m stuck dealing with the tow yard, fees, and all the stress that comes with it, over something that feels like it got way out of hand.
Less than five minutes.

@Seth_3773 Your watch must be fast. I saw the signal at just under 2 seconds.

@blackvaultchris @BigLeagueDigest @BatterUp_app Think about it. You are seeing the pitcher facing you. Now, imagine you are behind him.
English

@BigLeagueDigest @BatterUp_app Wasn't Randy Johnson left-handed?

@shouq_al90149 It’s a freakin’ indoor AC exhaust hose, although I now feel a little stupid for responding to what was obviously a troll.

@AlexLemas @shouq_al90149 Juke box from the 40s doesn’t disappear in the 60s.

@ScoringChanges @Phillies @Mets OMG, that was a double. Went to third on the throw home! I realize he was going to third even without the throw home (specifically to get the cycle), but would have been out by thirty feet.
English

🚨CYCLE SCORING ALERT🚨
Tons of folks sent this one in from the @Phillies and @Mets game, with Bryce Harper completing the cycle with this fifth inning triple.
I believe this was scored correctly as a triple.
This falls under Rule 9.06; Determining the Value of Base Hits.
The key is Harper never slowed down at all and was going for third the whole time. One of the things the scorer has to determine is whether or not Harper went to third on the throw or not.
He obviously was going for third regardless, and the fact that he would have been out is inconsequential here.
The OS Manual states this:
“Had the bases been empty, would the batter-runner have attempted to advance the extra base? If not, the value of the base hit should not include the additional base.”
The answer on this one is yes, Harper would have ATTEMPTED to advance. Doesn’t say if he would have been safe. Since he would have attempted this regardless of the throw home, he was, IMHO, correctly credited with a triple.

@BBGreatMoments I understand all except the Barry Bonds. Why was this any different than #755 or 754. . . ?

@BhattiLaib9960 40 was too low, good service 100 on a 500 bill, great service 150! you don’t eat out much because you tip like you can’t afford a $500 tab. if you can’t afford to tip, don’t eat at a restaurant where servers/staff need tips! it’s ALL about service! $40 tip says bad service.
English

We went to a dinner as a group and had a $500 bill. We tipped $40. We were happy we can be able to give our server something, but her reaction was the opposite. She told us she assumed we're going to give her at least $120. When we asked for the manager, she said she was just joking, but she wasn't smiling at all. Idk, but is $40 tip enough for $500 bill? I just feel like expecting $120 is not realistic...

@Sofia50020Sofia Remote control was invented in the 1950s so it isn’t that. It seems to me to be that the two clocks don’t match.
English

@PitchingNinja What is all the crying about in the comments? He made an illegal slide and the Dodgers paid for his stupidity. What should have been a simple force out became a double play.
English

@DodgersNation Not that it makes much difference, but they have to change that to an error all the way. Will cost Freeland a hit and the pitcher will save one earned run.
English

@ArindamBur95750 @DodgersNation Tough to give up a walk off when you are at home.
English

@DodgersNation Mookie still playing Dave? Just call up other people and give them a chance..and watch Scott put a FB down the middle for a walkoff..
English

@DodgersNation @fanaticsmarkets What crap. Even Barry Bonds never had that high a probability of a HR in any single game.
English

Andy Pages and Freddie Freeman both have over a 70% chance to hit a home run tonight, according to @fanaticsmarkets 👀
The Dodgers look to win their 3rd straight game tonight.
