Disgusting service from @Uber @McDonaldsUK Worked 18 hour shift today, back home 2:30am, ordered Mcdonald’s for tea. Entirely wrong order delivered - completely inedible for me. Customer service said nothing they can do, no refund, despite picture proof, and ended the chat on me

@FrogUpFrogDown @Uber @McDonaldsUK I was exhausted because it was a long day of work, 8am to 5pm day job then 5pm to 2am barmaid. Home for 2.30am, bath running, food ordered whilst bath runs. Out of the bath, delivery here - wrong order. No help on live chat so had a little moan on X. That’s all it is 🤷🏻‍♀️

@DavidH_26 @Uber @McDonaldsUK that was me last night to be fair - home alone waiting for the delivery at 3am. I’d say it’s at least 40% of the time it’s a female account and a male that arrived - never had a female delivery person.

Uber eats near me will say it’s a women turning up and then when it arrives it’s some random bloke. Questioned it and the driver told me it’s his partners acc

@EllieeGee @Uber @McDonaldsUK I had the same happen to me, I did a chargeback via my bank and got a refund! I thought I’d won, however the next time I ordered from uber they took the refunded amount as well. Haven’t used them or any delivery service since.

@EllieeGee @Uber @McDonaldsUK i constantly had issues with Uber and their support. they never refunded, in the end i initiated a chargeback for something and deleted the app. should maybe do the same!!

@EllieeGee @Uber @McDonaldsUK I once ordered KFC on Uber eats, only for them to send NO CHICKEN! I harassed support for hours and got no refunds at all! 🤬
