It’s completely normal to have a rep drop off from set one to two, if you’re pushing yourself sufficiently hard I’ll take it one step further. If you do 3 sets of 10 reps, I can ALL BUT GUARANTEE you didn’t take set one to true task failure

@DeanTTraining When I think about it lots of people I know who want to gain mass dont push to failure. I’m 6months back after 10years break 😳 trying to get the mass back, its coming and fat going! If im not shouting the last reps out or wincing on the negative toward set end, something wrong.
