#GoodGovernance In Nagpur’s villages, an initiative is turning unused government spaces into hubs of learning 📚 What began as an effort to clean and organise old records, led officials to identify abandoned public buildings lying idle across rural areas. Instead of letting these spaces go to waste, the administration, led by Nagpur Zilla Parishad CEO Vinayak Mahamuni, repurposed them into village libraries - creating access to books and learning where it was once missing. 24 नवंबर 2005 ~ यह सिर्फ एक तारीख नहीं, बिहार के नए दौर की शुरुआत थी। जब श्री नीतीश कुमार ने नेतृत्व संभाला, तब सबसे बड़ी चुनौती थी ~ व्यवस्था में विश्वास लौटाना। कानून का राज स्थापित करना। और यही वह आधार बना, जिस पर अगले दो दशकों में बिहार का नया निर्माण हुआ। इन 20 वर्षों में विकास किसी एक क्षेत्र तक सीमित नहीं रहा। कानून-व्यवस्था से लेकर सड़क, बिजली, पानी, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, महिला उत्थान और कृषि तक~ हर स्तर पर एक व्यापक और स्थायी बदलाव देखने को मिला। गांव-गांव तक सड़क पहुंची, घर-घर तक बिजली पहुंची, और हर घर नल का जल जैसी योजनाओं ने जीवन की बुनियादी जरूरतों को सुनिश्चित किया। जल संसाधनों के बेहतर प्रबंधन के लिए गया जी डैम जैसी परियोजनाओं ने कृषि और सिंचाई को मजबूती दी। महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षण, साइकिल योजना और जीविका जैसे कार्यक्रमों ने लाखों महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाया और समाज में उनकी भूमिका को सशक्त किया। बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी, सुरक्षित वातावरण और मजबूत आधारभूत संरचना ने राज्य को निवेश और विकास के लिए तैयार किया। नीतीश जी का न्याय के साथ विकास मॉडल हो या पर्यावरण अनुकूल विकास मॉडल, अपने देश में ही नहीं, पूरी दुनिया के लिए मिसाल है। सबसे खास बात यह रही कि यह विकास समावेशी रहा; चाहे हिंदू हों या मुस्लिम, अगड़ा हों या पिछड़ा, अति पिछड़ा, दलित या महादलित, नीतीश जी हर वर्ग को साथ लेकर आगे बढ़े। बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में नीतीश कुमार का दो दशकों का सबसे लंबा कार्यकाल आधुनिक बिहार के इतिहास का सबसे स्वर्णिम अध्याय के रूप में याद किया जाएगा। उन्होंने राज्य को निराशा के घनघोर अंधेरे से निकल कर आशा के शिखर पर पहुंचाया। मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि उनका मार्गदर्शन आगे भी बिहार की दिशा तय करता रहेगा, और नई सरकार उसी विजन को आगे बढ़ाएगी। बिहार की ओर से ~ सादर आभार, आदरणीय श्री नीतीश कुमार जी। @NitishKumar @Jduonline

आप जानते हैं कि 24 नवंबर, 2005 को राज्य में पहली बार एन०डी०ए० सरकार बनी थी। तब से राज्य में कानून का राज है और हम लगातार विकास के काम में लगे हुए हैं। सरकार ने शुरू से ही सभी तबकों का विकास किया है चाहे हिंदू हो, मुस्लिम हो, अपर कास्ट हो, पिछड़ा हो, अति पिछड़ा हो, दलित हो, महादलित हो- सभी के लिए काम किया गया है। हर क्षेत्र में काम हुआ है चाहे शिक्षा हो, स्वास्थ्य हो, सड़क हो, बिजली हो, कृषि हो। महिलाओं एवं युवाओं के लिए भी बहुत काम किया गया है। इन दिनों काम को और आगे बढ़ाया गया है। अगले पाँच वर्षों यानि 2025 से 2030 के लिए 7 निश्चय-3 का गठन किया गया है। इससे और ज्यादा काम होगा जिससे बिहार काफी आगे बढ़ेगा। बिहार के विकास में केन्द्र का भी पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है। इसके लिए आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी का नमन करते हैं। बिहार और तेजी से विकसित होगा और देश के टॉप राज्यों में शामिल हो जाएगा तथा देश की प्रगति में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देगा। हमने बिहार के लोगों के लिए बहुत काम किया है। इतने दिनों से हमने लगातार लोगों की सेवा की है। हमने तय किया था कि अब मुख्यमंत्री का पद छोड़ देंगे और इसलिए आज मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक के बाद माननीय राज्यपाल से मिलकर उन्हें इस्तीफा सौंप दिया। अब नई सरकार यहाँ का काम देखेगी। नई सरकार को मेरा पूरा सहयोग एवं मार्गदर्शन रहेगा। आगे भी बहुत अच्छा काम होगा तथा बिहार बहुत आगे बढ़ेगा। सभी का बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद करता हूँ तथा शुभकामनाएं देता हूँ।
