One of my NIH grant reviews came back last year with comments clearly LLM-generated. The PMIDs cited against the proposal were hallucinated. The papers did not exist. The score still counted toward the funding decision.

I will never understand how keeping doctors from owning hospitals is logical.
As a businessman, I can own a hospital.
If I go to medical school, pass the medical exams, complete a residency & become a doctor - the feds now forbid me from owning a hospital. SMH. #txlege

If the self-referral conflict is real, then it shouldn't be allowed for either independent physicians or hospital-employed physicians. The response to this has radicalized me. Most are calling Sasse out of touch and claiming that if we provided free healthcare/childcare/housing or otherwise made life more affordable, fertility would increase.
I am very confident in saying that as affordability increases, all else equal, fertility will continue to drop. The spattering of free stuff above would knock it to zero for a good portion of the country.

I've usually also seen HATW in V2-V4 with a mild STE in other cases of "Swirl" but honestly I don't see any abnormalities 🤔

“Wellens” is one of the most overcalled ECG patterns on #FOAMed. Sometimes there is also incidental bystander stenosis on the angiogram.
A simple check: does the ECG change significantly after PCI? If not, it’s far more likely TWI is LVH/HCM or structural.

@hubermanlab My week: heavy compound lifts 3 days, zone 2 to 3 cardio twice, Norwegian protocol once. Five hours total. The research keeps pointing at this exact framework. The only variable that actually matters is whether you show up for 35 years.

The investment: ~5 hours a week. Lifting heavy objects 3x a week, 2 work sets per exercise, 2-3 exercises (at least one compound movement) to failure and hiking or jog for an hour or so 1X a week, sprint intervals one day (usually 4 days after leg day…)
