The new seizure / nerve meds are going well. We’re about 3 months in and things are mostly stable. Were hopefully at the end of the ‘it gets worse’ stage. With enough exercise we should hopefully hit the ‘it gets better’ phase soon. Gotta keep with the optimism :)

@isaacle97 3/4 tights or tights/leggings are the perfect gym wear, you can go with or without shorts as you feel comfortable, personally I don't bother.

can somebody tell me what guys are supposed to wear to the gym in the winter? i have a gym member ship through work, i want to start going but i have no idea what i'm supposed to wear right now. leggings don't feel like the right choice? any tips are appreciated
