@vintedUK please can someone get in touch with me asap. I was able to send a parcel but Vinted have now decided to cancel the order, refunding the money. This means I don’t have the item as I’ve sent it, and I don’t have the money as it’s been refunded! Chat no help, please help

@AerLingus trying to book a one way flight from Dublin to Manchester. If I’m select just one way it’s €25.99, as part of a return it’s £14.99 Why is this the case? Surely makes no difference? Very frustrated

@Plusnet extremely disappointed with the service from Plusnet. Accout opened based on a welcome gift. My retired mum missed the email to ‘claim’ the gift, and there is no apparently nothing they can do! So poor

@TalkTalk tried to call in regards to my dads contract. He passed away in January and I want to discuss closing the account. Got absolutely no help. There have been charges on the account which need to be reversed. Please can someone get in touch

@SixtUK very angry. Collected car from Dublin, sold the dream on ‘pay for the petrol now so you don’t have to fill up before return’. Get in the car, you’ve given me a hybrid! Won’t even use half a tank by the time I’m done! Poor poor service
