- Rowing
- Boxing
- Cross-country skiing
- Crossfit
- Wrestling
- Judo
- Ice Hockey
The list goes on and on. Find something you enjoy and stick to it, not everyone likes the gym. The important thing is that you move everyday!

One of the most underrated follows on Strava. Chikara Omine. Bro will bang out 200+ miles week after week at a high 7 to low 8 minute mile pace, and then show up to a marathon and drop a low 2:20, or a random 4 mile race and average sub 5 min/mi pace.

I still don't understand why people keep running ultra marathons
They destroy your joints and consume all your muscles. The long-term effects are simply horrible for your health
If you want to maximize health, have elite cardio, maintain muscle mass and boost your hormones, there's nothing better than sprinting and the science backs it up
