在2021年刚刚进圈的时候 支撑我持续建设的加密货币的 从来不上btc和eth涨到了多少 作为一个无政府主义者 是看到了一种颠覆世界的可能性 而不是现在这样所有都在追求合规，追求这个世界上最有权力的人和机构的认可 如今加密向钱，加密向骗 兄弟你还记得在defi summer的时候，你说过要做一个改变世界的加密dev吗？

我很烦“引导式提问”，就是先问一个宽泛问题，然后跟一句“是不是因为 xxx”。这种问题一出来就已经是双输局面了。 提问的人暴露了自己的认知懒惰，没分离观察和假设就把脑子里的半成品丢出去。哪怕很多时候是出于好意，但结果就是得到的回答会被提问者的假设污染，对方大概率回应的是你在第二句里设定的框架，而不是用真实状态回答第一句里的问题。 而我很多时候作为被提问者也会觉得被冒犯了，因为这种提问方式隐含一个“我怕你回答不了抽象问题，给你个台阶下”的意思，但明明是提问者把自己思维没完成的部分转嫁给我。 除此之外，还会有一种添乱的感觉。本来针对一个“为什么”类型的问题，我只需要分析两层： 1）对方提问的假设是什么，是否正确； 2）假设如果正确，我应该如何回答。 但在引导式提问里，我还得帮他多做一层“引导方向是否是问题隐含的真正假设（大部分时候不是），还是只是他能想到的最容易的（大部分时候也是最没意义的）回答方向”。这会造成脑力资源的严重浪费。 我喜欢的提问方式是，要么你直接给我一个抽象问题，别管我想往哪个方向答，我不确定的话会引导你把范围缩小；要么你把观察和假设分离干净，说清楚“我之所以会这么问是因为我观察到 xxx”，然后接受我对每一层假设的审视。 但能做到的人很少，因为当一个人提问的时候，他最害怕的就是被反问和被质疑。而一个成熟的对话者必须强迫自己首先克服这种畏惧，以及承受开放性回答的不确定性。

总想“搞个大的”是一种心理疾病。 一鸣惊人的 Marketing Trick 已经不好使了，这是上一代产品发布会的逻辑，之所以能成立依赖两个前提：1）产品迭代周期长；2）媒体渠道是中心化的。 这些前提如今早就失效了，无论是个人IP 还是做产品，你发布的东西本质上是一个没有围墙的空间，创作-营销-创作-营销是一串涟漪，“见风使舵”才是对的。 NotebookLM 的播客功能就是一个好的例子，Google 一开始大概率是把这个功能当成 demo feature 推出的，没想到成了用户最买单的点，是市场反过来告诉产品团队什么东西是卖点。

🧠 像天才一样说话：如何提高语言的信噪比 1. 什么是高信噪比语言 (high-signal language)? 一种信息密度高、歧义低、可执行性强的表达方式。 2. 我们为什么需要高信噪比语言？ 高信噪比语言的压缩率极高，能用一段 text 说明白 30 分钟会议要传达的事情。 高信噪比语言的本质是思考质量的外显。想法是模糊的，表达一定是模糊且总是留有余地的，高信噪比语言正好相反。 3. 高信噪比语言的特征（也是一种思考训练方式） 1) 判断先行，再给支撑。 2) 不说“也许”“可能”“感觉”。 3) 清晰且具体，你能很清楚地看到前提、约束、不适用情况。 4) 明确一段话里需要对方决策的点。 4. 使用高信噪比语言的好处和坏处 好处：语言是有磁力的。使用一种语言的人更容易互相吸引。 坏处：适用范围有限。高信噪比语言能 work 的前提假设是接收方的压缩/解压能力偏差不大。如果非常不匹配，你以为的清晰可能会被理解成冷漠、高压、武断。
