I have submitted multiple hacked account forms with passport ID, selfie, and password photo. The profile now shows my correct bio but remains in protected mode (“See John Steigerwald’s full profile” + “Open X” bar). Password reset still shows the hacker’s email. Dean closed the ticket on March 25. References: TS-1129934 and PSDM-712187. I sent a new submission this morning. Please escalate and restore access. I am the legitimate owner. Thank you.

For comparison PSU is 24th, even after everything that's happened & WVU is 38th. Both teams going through a rebuild w new head coaches. This should have been the time when Pitt injected money & went on a full press to pass PSU & WVU while down. Take advantage. But nope. No vision or desire to win. Pitt has averaged a recruiting ranking of 53.4 during Narduzzi's tenure, There's so little interest in the program, which has been trending for years, that 30% of the seats are being tarped over. For YEARS when PSU fans told Pitters attendance mattered, Pitt fans laughed at us. Attendance is the most basic sign that your program is doing well, or not. Is there INTEREST? And after years of dwindling numbers, guess what? Here you are. Regarding Pitt NIL: Tier 1 (Top 10–15) Ohio State, Texas, Alabama, Georgia Massive NIL war chests ($20M–$40M+) Tier 2 (15–30) Penn State, LSU, Florida, Miami Strong NIL + big donor bases 👉 Tier 3 (Pitt’s lane) Pitt, Louisville, NC State, etc. Competitive, but: Limited NIL ceiling Must win with development + scouting What I see is a once great storied program, and a local media & fans that still have their heads in the sand, refuse to challenge the Pitt leadership to invest, to have a plan, and are celebrating getting mid-high school recruits while the program continues to struggle getting decent transfers, all the while continuing to slip backwards.
