@1ssve I take 300 to 380 hours a year. Have unlimited for about a decade. My company even sends emails to you and your boss if you haven't taken a at least 3 consecutive days off in the last 90

@JS330H @StrawmanArgs @1ssve I agree with that. I just don’t agree with the assumption that you’re going to have to argue with your boss to take time off. That may be the culture in some companies, but not all.

@eriks_coasters @StrawmanArgs @1ssve Doesn't depend much though. Unlimited PTO exists because companies don't have to hold money on the books and employees take less vacation.

@StrawmanArgs @1ssve Depends on the company. Mine asks everyone in January to plan out 20+ days throughout the year. The specific days can be adjusted as you go throughout the year, but at least you’ve got em on the books right off the bat.

If you really think about it Lebron is not even better than Allen Iverson Allen Iverson averaged 35 points against Shaq and Kobe in the Finals and didn't get Swept, Lebron averaged 22 against the Spurs and couldn't even win 1 game despite most of the games being winnable
