@stopvaccinating I would say - Canned chicken breast is a pretty cheap source of protein. Tuna as well. Obviously rice is insanely inexpensive. Potatoes and cabbage for veggies. You could do peas and carrots. It may not be the tastiest - but you could cobble something together.
