🚨 Someone just prompted Claude into revealing its own system settings. Extended thinking showed a reasoning_effort tag — set to 25 out of 100. Not a user setting. An Anthropic system setting. If true: → Full price → Quarter of the thinking → No way to override it

4 statics for the same brand & same product but completely different awareness levels. all winning statics in the ad account. ↳ product feature callout. ingredients, process, sourcing. give them the facts they're looking for before they buy. ↳ the meme one. you'll see. 😂 ↳ us vs them. their bone vs ours (side by side so they don't have to do the comparison themselves) ↳ before/after. boring treats vs the big ol' bone (show them what they're settling for right now) a lot of brands make one type of ad and run it for everyone but even within middle and bottom of funnel there are different conversations happening. - some people want the facts. - some people want the comparison. - some people just need to laugh and be reminded to click add to cart. this is what a real creative strategy looks like (not 20 variations of the same ad hoping one hits)

Seedance 2.0 = 550+ videos a day Fully realistic UGC ads — cinematic lighting, natural movement, clean pacing — all powered by AI. UGC cost: $1 Production time: minutes Scale: basically unlimited I’ve got this crazy workflow running right now that creates, tests, and scales short-form ads automatically... nonstop. It’s already live and campaigns are scaling. If you want me to share the full setup, just comment “UGC”

$28k/day ads look like 10/10 models now no studio, no crew, no real creator and you still can’t tell it’s ai natural lighting, skin texture, imperfect details it feels like a real skincare routine that’s why it works no overacting, no forced hooks, no “ad energy” just calm, believable usage people don’t question it, they trust it same script → dozens of faces, tones, environments each one hits a slightly different audience this is what scalable ugc looks like now rt + comment “realugc” and i’ll send the setup (follow for dm)

@scalesurfer_ Nice post! Appreciate the game. One thing I’m struggling with as a beginner is just the creation of ads and what makes a good ad, I’m sure I understand on how to read if it’s a winner or not. Just right now every ad doesn’t even break even. Wha makes a good ad?

Alright, let's get into it. This is my bulletproof 2026 Meta campaign structure, and yes, I'm dropping it for free because I genuinely don't care, this is what gurus are charging you 20K courses for 😂 Before I even get started: I already know what's coming in the comments. Some nerd is going to show up and start preaching about the 1CBO Consolidated structure like. Cool. Maybe it works for your little $500/day account. But let me be very clear, I have never, not once, seen a brand sustain $500K+ per day consistently on a single CBO at scale. Not one. If you have receipts, slide in. Until then, sit down. This structure isn't theory. It's not something I read in a course or saw in some guru's carousel post. It was built in the trenches, tested across multiple accounts, multiple verticals, real money on the line, and it has allowed me to scale brands faster than most people think is possible while actually staying profitable. That last part matters more than the scaling, by the way. Scaling broke is easy. Scaling with margin is the game. I'm not going to tell you what products, what brands, what niches, or what creative angles I'm running. Those questions will be ignored. Not because I'm gatekeeping, but because the structure is the structure. It works. The variables are on you. Comments are open. Smart questions only. If you come in with something basic, don't expect a response. Do with this what you want. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER — SCALESURFER OUT🤙

Do you want to know the secret to writing ads that print so hard you can retire your whole bloodline?
The worst part about running a brand is that no one tells you how to write winning ads. But everyone tells you they are the most important thing?

You do all the research: watching the youtube videos, reading the tweets, and searching reddit - but nothing makes sense.

Your ads just don’t convert.

So you decide to copy a few competitor ads instead..
But that doesn’t help either.
The truth is - if you’re writing ads for your brand, then you’re probably focused on the wrong thing.

There’s one mistake that 79% of brand owners in the US make & it’s costing them millions. Because despite what they tell you - the key to winning ads isn’t learning how to write better hooks.

Or creating pattern interrupts…

It’s something else.

But before I let you in, there’s something you should know.  Once you learn this, you will never feel the same again.
Because learning this one thing will make your ads print so hard that people will think you’ve found a cheat code on Meta.

Your CPMs will drop, Your CPC will get cheaper And your ROAS will increase… My name is nkecom & my ads have generated millions…. today I’m going to share with you the secret.

The number one way to create winning ads is by building tension.

If you learn how to create tension, you can sell anything.

Because once you have built tension, people feel invested. Especially if you hit relatable pain points & failed solutions along the way.

If you mention your solution straight away, then people aren’t emotionally invested in the problem you are solving.
The key to writing winning ads is focusing on emotions first, building tension, then driving the conversion with logic.
If you want to learn how to build tension… then READ THIS POST AGAIN.

I designed this buy box for @ViviscalHair brand with a simple, clean layout. One of the biggest returns for e-commerce supplement brands is testing new funnels and optimizing their product buy box sections. This is what real CRO looks like, no doubts, more clicks, more sales. If you're a brand owner, you've got an idea and don't know where to start, shoot me a DM and let me do a CRO audit on your idea / current website #Figma #Replo #Designer #Developer #Ecommercebrand #Supplementbrand

you don't have a creative testing problem. you have a creative volume problem. i see stores at $180k/month testing 4-5 creatives a month and wondering why they can't find a winner. the stores doing $800k+? they're pushing 30-40 concepts through the funnel every month.

You're creating all of your ads yourself and have zero clue why they don't perform. Even worse... you're asking Claude to write scripts and calling it a strategy. How do you expect to scale? You're testing the same angles over and over, burning cash, wondering why you’re stuck. Here's why I am able to scale almost any angle... I have a creative pipeline that learns from every single test. We document everything. From research to launch. We know exactly which angles worked and why they worked. This means we never start from zero. We have hundreds of tests and learnings to build from. Want the full system? Like + Comment START and I'll send it to your DMs.

If you’re doing less than $10K/day in ecom. Your only focus should be on: • deep research on competitors • solid product testing • being obsessed with your data • mastering one acquisition channel (meta) • maximizing your store for aov • locking in your backend • being a consistent mfer Everything else is just noise.
