@Top_CashBack I know you are cutting your ties with BA Avios on December 31st, but why am I unable to withdraw my current payout to BA Exec Club Avios? the deadline is supposed to be December 31st.

@Top_CashBack I did not receive any correspondence about this apart from the December 31st deadline. I have been waiting months for certain hours value orders to move across to payable as well. What can be done about this now as I only want this to be withdraw as Avios.

@hants_jane @royhastingsuk @Ford I reverted back to the normal flexible tariff at 🐙. I use the FordPass quite a lot when I can’t carry my keys, so I lock on the app. Ford did email back, which is the photo attached. It’s frustrating though because I can’t get the cheap charging rate.

@royhastingsuk @Ford Yeah it’s frustrating. I use the FordPass app quite a lot when I don’t want to take my keys with me, I’ll just use the app to lock/unlock.

@Josh_Taylor91 @Ford Ford in the UK is rubbish. First I get told that passkey (your phone as a key) isn’t supported in the UK and now I have the CSIAH0320E issue. I was told it’s because Octopus Energy is controlling my car for charging. I can have cheap charging or pre-heat car but not both!
