At #SAGES2026, one thing was clear: Management of choledocholithiasis is being redefined - and surgeons are reclaiming the bile duct. Our residents had 5 abstracts, including a plenary on RCBDE outperforming ERCP. The SAGES ADOPT CBDE course was sold out and wildly impactful.
