The S&P 500 is up there at all-time highs while Bitcoin is dropping.
It’s not even that BTC is "failing to keep up as much"— BTC is actually going the *other direction*.

You can't take your BTC and get energy back, so you can't say it's backed by energy.
As much as I love BTC, it's a false scarcity. It's a gas token to use the network which allows for revolutionary monetary transfers around the world for very little cost.
But there are unlimited blockchain networks that can do the same. The best argument for BTC is it is the MOST secure of all the blockchains and the hardest to attack.

Bitcoin's parabolic support & resistance has been confirmed 5 times since 2012.
If it's "different this time" you'll need to explain why.
The biggest concern now is $BTC's support has turned negative for the 1st time ever, implying lower lows & lower highs going forward.

Bitcoin's typical down cycle is 364 days. The top was October 6, 2025 putting the $BTC bottom at October 5, 2026 Based on the parabolic support, that's roughly around $19,000
