@TicketmasterCS Since my credit card was used to pay for the tickets, is there a way to add my name as an alternate pickup name for the London VIP tickets so that I can keep the VIP benefits? US Ticketmaster allows it but I cannot seem to get a hold of UK Ticketmaster to do the same.

@Minabae28 While you can transfer the tickets themselves, the VIP packages are non-transferable. - ST

@Minabae28 @TicketmasterUK Yes, I know. it's just confusing, and there are some videos thats circulating in IG about it but I think it is the rule in the US, they're saying it might not be the same here in EU. 😥🥹 I tried to send a DM to their IG acct hopefully they will reply.
