Yeah definitely seems great unfortunately @Ticketmaster is horrible at giving proper information for people with special needs and even after giving wrong info they give you the run around for days. I have tickets there next week but unless @TMFanSupport help fix the issue the agents i spoke to caused ill be out a lot of money and may not be able to attend here. Im hoping guest relations at @SphereVegas will be more helpful for when i go there june 12. Its a few days later still no resolution to this matter

@TMFanSupport The system says the code has been sent to my phone number, but no SMS is ever delivered. the number is correct. Could you check with your SMS provider or offer an alternative verification method? i use Turkcell in Turkey and i have already applied system advises.

@Ticketmaster has to be the worse! Searched a game on their website. Results showed tickets available and I bought them. Turns out they are for a different game. Customer service can see the tickets were never used. Sorry Mr. Wheeler I cannot help you is all they said.
