We built something similar at rippling. The magic lies in hard coding business specific logic. Two questions for you. 1) Instead of building a generic SaaS business do you think building a Palantir for GTM would make sense? Like a Forward Deployed GTM engineer as a service. 2) Why would a generic SaaS fail? Can’t someone build an Ontology for GTM kind of platform to solve this problem?

AI isn't replacing sales jobs. It's the evolved efficiency toolset: Faster sales research. Easier sync between (automated) notes and CRM. Draft of your follow up. (review before sending) Automation and design of your cadences. Meeting notetaking that flows well. Robust inbound chatbot (SMB deals only). None works without competent sellers, who are a force multiplier for these tools. If you don't know anything about these tools you'll be un-hirable w/in 36 months. Headcount at 261 well known b2b sales orgs: 201 of 261 increased sales headcount YoY. 194 of 261 increased sales headcount QoQ.

Average person cannot carry a conversation / does not know how to behave in social settings
If you can do either of these things congrats
