Day 3 at #IndiaAIImpactSummit2026 turned the spotlight on one of the most consequential frontiers of AI: intellectual property. In the Nasscom-convened session, “Charting India’s AI-IP Playbook,” industry leaders examined how India can balance innovation, copyright, enterprise advantage, and creator rights in an AI-driven economy. The conversation called for differentiated IP frameworks across public models, proprietary enterprise data, and personal data, supported by enforceable governance through auditability, watermarking, and content provenance.
