A group of system wide colleagues who are interested in sharing good practice around the Frailty pathway. The group is all about learning & sharing from experience ensuring we do the right thing for the patients. Midlands UEC will administer the group.

Excellent morning, finished on a high with @simonharlin presenting on @WalsallHcareNHS frailty journey including future steps. All of the speakers have provoked conversations looking to develop their Frailty services. Learning from experience and sharing the intelligence.
