Hi @networkrail the @ChangingPlaceUK toilet at #ClaphamJunction is not working. The radar lock is broken and there is no entry. The other access loo is non compliant and has no side transfer space or space for powerchair. Reported to staff approx 10.20am. No sign on door or fix

@networkrail when your engineers come and work in this stretch, why do they have to sit in their car/van outside my house for an hour with the engine running?? 1) it smells 2) there's a climate crisis

@networkrail Yet more signalling problems between Wimbledon and New Malden. Nearly all SWT issues are down to your signalling. When are you going to sort the signalling out of Waterloo, Clapham J, and Raynes Park/New Malden. Constant issues add up to terrible customer service!

We are on scene at Farringdon station following reports of a suspected gas leak, with a small number of passengers reporting feeling unwell. Officers are in attendance, alongside @Ldn_Ambulance and @LondonFire, and the station has been evacuated while enquiries are conducted.

@Ajl46 @nationalrailenq Hello Annabel, sorry to hear about this. The ticket barriers at London bridge station would be managed by Southern rail (if upstairs) or South eastern railway, I would recommend letting them know this has happened ^RM

@nationalrailenq @networkrail The problem is that the QR ticket scanners are not working so no one with a QR code ticket can get through.

@nationalrailenq what is up with the QR ticket scanners at LBG? Huge queues to get out of the station, took me 15 mins. That can’t be safe when it’s so crowded.

On the train from Edinburgh and currently passing through Newcastle. The railway cutting as you pass through the city before reaching Central Station is an utter disgrace with litter and rubbish everywhere. Even an abandoned shopping trolley. @NetworkRail get is sorted!

@networkrail You need to clean down the rust on the metal pillars and paint them at Crewe. I am sure it would look wonderful with some money spent on restoration
