This should've been Houston's long-term brand identity. I would argue it's the only true brand identity they've ever had. None of their other jerseys have had an ounce of personality. But there's no nostalgia tied to them because they came a few years too late.

Not just the Astros, Houston sports period.
I've never seen such an initiative, whether perceived or legitimate, where the national media machine will just relentlessly cherry pick various stars throughout the city and fantasy trade them somewhere else.
Funny enough, the same players that the National media criticizes would be the same ones they'd praise somewhere else.
Apparently, Houston's just not allowed to have nice things.

Preferably would like to see him show he can lead important drives and go make plays on his own if asked to do so because that will eventually have to happen no matter how good the defense is. Run game and defense can only help so much, at the end of the day gotta go make plays!
